Graphic Designer

Job Description

• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and create visual designs for advertising campaigns, promotional materials, websites, social media platforms, and other digital and print media.
• Develop and maintain the company's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all design elements, including logos, typography, color schemes, and brand guidelines.
• Provide creative direction and guidance to junior designers and external agencies, ensuring that design projects meet the company's standards and objectives.
• Produce high-quality graphics and design assets for various marketing initiatives, including brochures, flyers, banners, infographics, presentations, and vehicle wraps.
• Apply user-centered design principles to enhance the overall customer experience, both online and offline, by creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces and signage.
• Capture and edit photographs of company vehicles and other promotional materials for use in marketing campaigns, ensuring high-quality and consistent visual representation.
• Liaise with print vendors to ensure accurate production and timely delivery of printed materials, including coordinating file preparation, color proofs, and press checks.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continually improve the company's visual communication strategies.
• Work on Re-search based design component
• Use of new technology, software in design creation
• Take the full responsibilities of content upgrade.
• Up to date with industry-leading software and technologies (In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop etc).

Job Specification

• Minimum 2-3 Years of Experience
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite specifically Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Excel at conceptual thinking, design principles, and typography skills
• Creative and solution-focused mindset
