Software Business Analyst

Job Description

• Consistently perform analysis and translates business needs to create high-quality Business Requirements and Functional Specifications documentation and design the solution within specified time frames to solve most complex problems.
• Ensure end-to-end traceability of requirement as per the company standard.
• Participate as needed in all phases of solution development with emphasis on the planning, analysis, testing, integration, documentation and presentation phases.
• Keep all stakeholders updated about software process/status as per the project/product communication plan.
• Maintaining, testing and improving business and systems operations.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
• Identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities.
• Acting as a liaison between business and IT groups.

Job Specification

• A Master/bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.
• 2-5 years of experience.
• Domain specific knowledge more preferred on financial sectors.
• Knowledge on programming Languages.
• Competency in Microsoft applications.
• Competency in Database and data management.
